    PHILOSOPHY

>> ARBOS envisages its role as an accompanying partner aiding clients during their expansion into South-Eastern Europe and helping to establish them within these markets. ARBOS company policy is the creation of a long-term customer relationship in the context of a general expansion strategy as well as the completion of individual project-related orders. In coordination with the client’s existing management capacities and available human resources, an expansion and project plan shall be developed to ensure a comprehensive customer service adapted to respective customers needs, both locally, at headquarters and internationally.
Company target of ARBOS is thereby, apart from the completion of individual project-related orders, the creation of long-term customer relationships in the context of a general expansion strategy.

>> ARBOS advisory activities include: general market studies and special market entry concepts either by locating cooperation partners in the area or opening own branches; the acquisition of local enterprises. Incorporated within this spectrum of services are: the search for and the hiring of local managers and employees; the conception of adequate IT- systems as well as the development of local accounting and controls. Contrary to other investment consultants ARBOS envisages itself as a companion and advisor in the context of the reorganization process.

>> As well as economic goals, cultural exchanges within the regions of activity are one of ARBOS additional company policies. In this context, artists of both East and West will have the opportunity to present their work.
